American Character Tressy (2nd edition) is wearing a rare dress which is mentioned in the American Character book, but no name is known for the outfit. There isn't a label in the dress which convinces me this is a genuine Tressy outfit - I have serious doubts about it. Until I see one boxed or proof it belonged to Tressy I like to think of it as a dress which she, of course, looks good in.
