(Dx  May 1988)

Lee in Canada
Dx Dec 97

Taken at the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre in the chemo waitingroom. I was wearing my T-shirt that I had embroidered with the saying
"Sorry, I forgot... I have Mammary Loss". With IBC you either have to
laugh or cry and I prefer to laugh! :) I also had on my cap from the IBC Research Foundation.
Your hand in mine, Lee.

This is me (left) and Pat Van Alstine (right) when we met in York. One of the bravest and sweetest women I've ever had the fortune to meet. Bless you Pat.

Anne from Cincinnatti

Ginny Mason

I am a nurse and handle the calls
that come to the IBC Research Foundation toll-free number.  I am also on the
Foundation Board of Directors.  When I'm not working I spend the remainder
of my life doing ibc stuff--(well I do cook, do laundry and clean the house
from time to time!!).

Taken at the Komen Race for the Cure in Houston, TX

The are from L to R :  Edeen Childers; Rheda Bordman; Gayle Ely & Michele

WELL DONE LADIES!

Carol, from

Franklin Co, North Carolina  Carol sadly lost her battle with IBC on December 5th 2002 only 11 months after her diagnosis. Although I never met her, I was in touch with her loving husband Charles, who along with their family will miss her very much. Bless you Carol, you are at last free from pain.
