Another of my American Character (4th Edition) is wearing a lemon coloured tagged Tressy dress and scarf (that can be worn around the shoulders as a cape) from the 'Surprise Party' outfit. The complete outfit on the right shows the hard to find parcels that came with the outfit. Note the cute rhinestone on the cape fastener!
